Can I customise my metta products? 

Yes, you can choose the precious metal you would like to craft your heirloom in. You can bling the pieces with stones or diamonds and go one step further and personalise it with a meaningful engraving.

Can I return or exchange the product?

As each Mettā Heirloom is personalised and crafted for you we will not be able to return or exchange the product, however, if there is any damage we have a lifetime polishing & servicing of the heirloom available. 

Do we have cash on delivery (COD)?

Cash on delivery is not available.The order is put into production only after payment is received.

What material is the Jewellery made from?

We customise all our pieces in 92.5 Sterling Silver with CZ stones.

Is there shipping?

Shipping is only in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
